My experience began back in November of last year with a breakdown of my air conditioning unit. After a series of emails and telephone calls, two technicians attended to attempt a resolution. We ultimately opted for a complete unit replacement due to the age of the existing system. They initially quoted me an absurd figure for a small job. After I requested a breakdown of the parts and labor, they said it was "miscommunication" from their technician. Their response times to emails were incredibly slow. On top of that, the technician broke a piece off our ceiling access panel and told us to just glue it back on with super glue.
Appalling, don't do the work they are paid to do, would not recommend ever...
