My MDX broke down on Friday morning at the beginning of busy day and weekend. Acura roadside assistance got me taken care of quickly and towed to Superior. I called and spoke to Paul to let him know my car was being towed there. He said they were busy, but would try to squeeze me in that afternoon or tomorrow (Saturday). He called me back within a few hours and my car was already fixed. They got it in, found the issue and also found they didn't have the part in stock. Steve and Lenny are as professional as they come! Coming from Southern Boone Cty, KY, they even let us take the vehicle home overnight to ensure it was the right fit for our family. Steve took the time to walk us through all the awesome features of the RDX. Overall, just a pleasant buying experience! Chad, in the Finance Dept. was also just as great to work with. My 2006 Acura TL was on its last wheel. My internet search for a 2019 TLX led to Superior Acura. I'm from Columbus and did not really want to make the trip. However upon reading their customer reviews it was a no brainer. Even when a customer had a poor review the management promptly responded and offered to correct the oversight. Immature and unprofessional experience with one of the managers. Manager’s tone was demeaning. Jason was very nice and helpful. Cars that were “on sale” were not even clean. I do highly recommend BMW on Stuart Road. FIRST CLASS SERVICE, superior cars. Thanks, BMW... SO HAPPY we didn’t buy an Acura.
Fastest and smoothest car experience to date. we were in and out of the dealership in an hour and 15 minutes including our test drive. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.
