The company ships items through DHL and after losing a shipment with tracking information that showed the shipment was never delivered, the customer service person was rude and not helpful whatsoever. I asked for the product to be reshipped but to use UPS this time to ensure delivery. Rather than even offering that, she told me the only way she could ship it through UPS was if I paid for it and she wouldn't even issue a refund unless they got the package back. RecommendedI have used superhero stuff for years and never had any problems. Their stuff is good quality and is fairly priced. I have attached a picture of my most current purchase as well. I have purchased things that range from key chains and rings to clothing. never had a problem.
Everything is great about it except shipping cost and delivery time. They use DHL they might as well use the Pony Express this comes from someone that works with shipping and receiving. But they do have a great selection and offer plus sizes.
This is tough for me....absolutely love your selection and what you guys represent...finally made my first order (three shirts) get destroyed on customs charges but worth it because the shirts look awesome and then I try them on....material is terrible and they fit horribly....huge bummer...I wanted this relationship to work so bad!! Already had my next order planned!

Order from the uk arrived in only, 8 days, which is alot faster than most, reasonably International shipping fees. Great quick and pleasant communication via email. This store has one of the biggest selection and variety of superhero and pop culture merchandise I've every seen.
