its been 8 days and my order is still processing. it hasn't even shipped yet. that's very disappointing

I received a captain America mini loungefly backpack today. I ordered it for my captain America obsessed 3 yr old for Easter. I’m extremely pissed that when I opened the box I got hit in the face with the smell of cigarette smoke. I can’t give my kid a backpack that reeks of cigarette smoke.
