Ordered a shirt on 12/11 and STILL haven't recieved a shipping confirmation or any email regarding my order other than the email of when I placed it. I've tried calling numerous times for an update or refund and all I get is a recording that loops over and over and I never get to speak to anyone. Very frustrating and I'll never order from them again.
I ordered a sweat shirt for Christmas and still do not have product. Ash hung up on me lied to her boss Corey said she would help, twice she said she would call me back with new tracking number, again I will wait and have to call her again with no help at end of call. I am 62 tired of dealing with children,Don’t need shirt that bad .JUST DO NOT ORDER FROM these people!!!! Now if you would call me Corey we can settle this problem please. Thank you for listening.
Mail me the correct item. Ordered through Walmart marketplace in November they sent me wrong shirt. Told me they will send correct shirt with postage paid return envelope but never did. Today when I called they claim no one ever said that and I have to print out return slip to mail back THEIR mistake then I will get a refund. TERRIBLE business.

Ordered rainboots for my grandson and instead received a pair of light up tennis shoes. My grandson was so disappointed after he waited so patiently for them to come in the mail. Never again.
Stole money from me! Purchase two mystery hats for $19.99. They sent me two hats that were $14.99. Product clearly says 39.99 hat for $19.99. When I called them about it they apologized and said they would refund my money. They sent me a return label. After sending the hats back and them receiving the hats. They never refunded me my money. I called again, no answer, and after a week no return phone call. Even tried to go through PayPal and they denied my claim. Do not shop here!
