I have been ordering for years from this company, and swore by it. Great customer service and great products.....until this year. Reading the reviews I see I am not the first person to have a "lost package" issue. I waited 3 weeks for a package that will never arrive. When told about the issue they offered a different product I had no interest in and was told the original package I ordered was out of stock and would never be back. That staff is amazing! The post office lost my order, which was a Christmas present. When I called they offered to send it out again right away to make sure I would get it in time for Christmas. Hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced. They saved Christmas!
Best stuff EVER!!!
I ordered a few things for Christmas including a pint glass. When the package arrived, the pint glass was shattered. I was dreading calling customer service, but the lady was incredibly understanding and shipped another glass immediately! I will definitely order from them again. Thanks for the awesome gifts and great customer service!!

I love SuperHeroStuff. My favorite thing is the Hero Boxes. When it comes to superhero merchandise, they are the best value around. I have bought 6 different Hero Boxes so far, and have not been disappointed yet. I have purchased 2 different Wonder Woman boxes, but I'm really hoping they will release a "Women of DC" box so that they can include stuff for Batgirl, Supergirl, Poison Ivy, etc. (Hint, hint). Also, Hero Boxes make fantastic gifts for the Superhero enthusiast in YOUR life!!
