We've been purchasing with them for a longtime. In February I ordered my husband a anniversary gift fitted hat and tshirt they all fit fine. Fast shipping. Recently ordered him as a gift 3 hats and shirt nothing fit! All the hats fit differently and the shirt too small. They were great to send out new sizes but again received hats that only one this time fit. he had to switch sizes and now I ordered the other two. We like this company however the sizing for fitted hats is a headache. Hoping that third time is a charm.

(Just realized I accidentally clicked the wrong star and forgot a description of sorts) Last time I ordered from SHS-Com(It was a while ago), I bought a batman towel, a batgirl mug, a belt and a couple other things. The mug came with a cap..that didn't quite fit and I did realize after a few uses that it was cracked right down the side. While they had none left in stock, I do recall them being very apologetic and nice. I kind of like getting the emails "from the heroes" too. Ordered from Germany, sadly box wasn't labeled correctly, got caught in customs and had to pay 20€ extra for because it wasn't labeled and got taxed for it. Had it been properly labeled it would have not gone pulled out. Waited around 3-4 weeks which is pretty normal. Hats looked good, fit like they are supposed too.

I've bought stuff from here before and it was not as advertised but doable. I ordered a HeroBox last month on Jan 30th and they say that it's still, on Feb 26, processing my order and my payment. I will be shopping elsewhere after I receive my order.
