Can t fault the service from you guys. Sent a hat back that was slightly to big and and received the replacement in less than a week to Australia. I'm very impressed either the service

I have yet to find fault with anything purchased from this site. Any issues, whether it be shipping, price or the quality of the merchandise itself was rapidly addressed and sorted out immediately. Friendly and courteous customer service people made every transaction seamless. My first order from them was three years ago, and I still have those shirts as my favourite workout wear.....
I ordered a small bikini and it came mismatched (top was a small bottoms were an extra large) I sent messaged and the customer service from Superhero stuff quickly sent me off new bikini bottoms free of charge! I highly recommend this company. The range is the best :)

I found this place looking for a superman tie for my husband. I was very impressed with everything ordering processing, shipping, packaging and the product. With my first order I received a mystery gift card. I used that towards my second order of flash hero box for my oldest son for Christmas. That take a little longer to process and ship but I received it time for Christmas. I never did receive my mystery gift card for the last order but I will still continue to order. I ordered the Gold Edition Hero Box Star Wars Rogue One for my grandson's Christmas , showed up in time just not very impressive assortment arrived, bonus item arrived earlier was a pair of DR Who socks. Do not waste your money. Better to find exactly what you want and order elsewhere with better prices.
I love SuperHeroStuff but the shipping leaves me in tears. I ordered on the 9th and paid for Priority International shipping and I am still waiting. I was hoping for a delivery before Xmas and now I am praying for a delivery before the new year! I understand hoilday issues but considered tracking says my package has been in Australia since the 18th and I still don't have it, there is some friggen issue with USPS!
Awesome hero boxes. I ordered Spiderman for my husband and he absolutely loved it. So I decided to get one for my youngest son. I got him Deadpool. He also loved it!!! Definitely keeping this bookmarked in my phone for gifts. Love the boxes!! Thank you so much!!

Very disappointed with my recent transaction. My transactions have gotten slower and slower each time. I placed an order on December 9th so it would be here before Christmas. The page said that the last day to order to receive it by Christmas was the 16th. The page also said that orders ship out 1 day after the order is placed. As I stated earlier, I placed my order on the 9th and it didn't ship out until the 15th. Last I heard about where my order is, its been "in transit to destination" sense the 19th.
