Today I went into my local Supercuts in Franklin, Massachusetts and I was waited on by some of the nicest people I've ever met. I walked in with a really big hair problem as a result of being in the hospital and dealing with medical crisis that caused my hair to be knotted up and tangled. My hair is normally very curly which makes things worse. They took all the time that was needed to make sure that all of my knots and tangles were out of my hair.
