I just read the negative review and, while I do think $20 is outrageous for blow drying hair, I've never seen them charge that much. I have long hair and it's about $7 or so. The staff is nice, friendly, and funny! They treat the customers great and there are MANY repeat customers... who I recognize when I go in. My stylist, Jacqui, IS THE BEST!
