I came in to have my a root touch up and the hair dresser left the dye on for over 2 hours. I had told her that I have very fragile hair from Finland. She took new customer so was not able to wash our chemical for over 2 hours. The manger said that hair treatment stopped after 1 hour. Yet other hair dresser told me the peroxide and ammonia keep damaging my hair. My fragile hair has all this breakage and will took months to recover .
