Bad cut
Comically bad, unprofessional and incompetent service. Just about anything that could go wrong, did. The lady who assisted me (Carla?) was the only person there. There were no other stylists or customers, which should have been my 1st clue. The stylist didn't introduce herself, just rushed me over to wash my hair. She was extremely aggressive during shampooing, practically slapping my head around. I nearly got whiplash. Haircut was ok, it was just a trim. The stylist, however, was extremely rude and insulted me. It’s odd because I don’t believe she was actually trying to be rude, she just doesn’t have manners. And she was practically drooling over a male client who was being seen by the other stylist. It was odd at best. Still tipped but would not return to this location.
