Kelly gave me a great haircut. They were short staffed because 2 people called off. Even though other people were waiting, she took her time and did a thorough job, which I appreciated. The next time I went in, Kristy cut my hair and she did an outstanding job. I was in a rush the next time and ended up getting Kim. She did a terrible job.
