I called to make an appointment for highlights. They asked if I had color in my hair. I said yes from a while ago. They asked me to come into the salon so they could assess my hair to see if they could color it to avoid eating their time and mine. I drove there. They looked at my hair and said they could do the highlights. We proceeded to make the appointment.
