I had a color and cut and the girl told me I had to wash my hair before getting it colored I have never had to do this and it was an uncharted I was not aware of The girl was very slow but the color came out fine but the hair cut was nothing like the picture I showed her and when I asked her to style it because I didn't think it was right she spent about 2 minutes on one side and said I have someone waiting I can't do it.
