This is the 3rd visit in a row where they did not do a good job on my son's hair. He is very specific about what he asks for and it's never what he wants. The customer service has also gotten worse. We will not be returning to this location.

I thought I scheduled an appointment for Wednesday (but it was actually for Thursday). But Alisha was so nice and was able to take care of me after she finished the person she was working on. The staff at this location are great.
Wonderful experience ! Carrie my stylist and I believe she is also the manager did an excellent job as she always does
