Erica was pleasant and efficient! I made an appointment and was taken in right as soon as I got there.
Team was friendly. Appointment was on time. Adam did a wonderful job on cut and blow dry.
EXCELLENT terrific.
Horrible experience!!! Asked for an inverted Bob and came out looking a mess! No angle! She said she put layers in back and nothing. She did not listen to what I wanted just acted like she knew! My hair is so thin and she cut so much off i wanted to go buy a wig! She did not offer to blow dry or show me the back! Do not go to Jules!!!!! She needs to be trained!
