As always, my stylist, Erika, did an outstanding job! She always goes above and beyond and is a wonderful person!
Today I have a complaint. Booked an online appointment for 12:50 pm. First I understand that sometimes things run behind, but this the second time that I thought the wait was excessively to long so I walked out. At the rate of the way things were going it was going to be well over 30 minutes wait. 5 or 10 is okay, but I draw the line much past that.
I was very happy with the results of my lowlights by Rose. She followed my directions ti a tee!
My experience with Supercuts has always been great. The hairstylists are friendly and open to your ideas.
I made sure to be on time for an 11:15 appointment only to have someone else go ahead of me at 11:15. It’s now almost 11:30 and I’m still sitting here waiting and I won’t be back. So don’t bother making an appointment. It’s a waste of time.
