Wasn’t happy today. I had my appt booked for 11:00 .I arrived 10 minutes early and even at 11:00 I realize I have to wait. That is not the issue. There was one stylist when I got there. Another one arrived shortly but she took the gentleman ahead of me so I was next and I would have had Matt as a stylist as he was still cutting a guys hair but would have been done before the other stylist as she took her client after Matt. Came in blind as to what type of haircut I wanted and left extremely happy with my new look for what I needed. Minh transformed my confidence. This is my go-to salon moving forward :)
She was slow for just was and blow dry. Seemed like she was a brand new hair dresser. She couldn't figure out the computer to pay. I was there for an hour and 30 mins
Matt listened to what I needed. My last haircut at a different salon was a nightmare. I will be back
