Very professional
I got a super haircut today. I got enrolled in your rewards program and purchased a loyalty card. I call this a win-win day.
I somehow got a text message informing me that someone booked an appointment despite my not living anywhere close to this location. The receptionist was unhelpfully ignorant. I'm not sure what happened, but exercise caution even if you don't deal with this location.
