I’ve been a customer since it first opened and I’ve been faithful as I’ve always gotten great service. Today I checked my son in at 5:40 and was told at 6:30 that two other clients would have to be taken first. Then I was told they could not cut my son’s checked in appointment for the day. I grew very upset because you had me waiting for almost an hour and did not respect my appointment. You could have chosen to handle it differently but today you lost a customer.
