Absolutely horrible hair cut and customer service! My hair looked better before i went in. The male stylist cut my hair very uneven and destroyed my neck line. Go anywhere else! Management was not helpfull. I called 3 times over the last 4 days. They said someone would get back to me, the owner was out for the day etc. They lied and said they tried calling me but i had no missed calls and no voice messages. I will never go back! I made an appointment on November 3rd at 2:35PM for my 2 year old to get her first hair cut. The stylist was really rude, said it was policy that I couldn't have her sit on my lap, but we made due with me sitting beside her. She didn't talk to my daughter, didn't try to be friendly, and acted annoyed when my daughter was hesitant about her touching her. Kind of made the whole first hair cut experience suck. Renee and Mariah and another woman with a shorter bob cut at the front desk were AMAZING! Friendly, fun, professional, and so efficient. Even with my wiggly six year old guy. The boys’ cuts turned out super cute and they really liked the experience. They got us in on a walk-in basis when everyone else in town were on holiday or closing up for the day and we really needed cuts. Will definitely be there on the regular. Thank you so much ladies!
