I waited for 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time ; however, no staff member provided guidance, leading me to leave. I do not intend to return in the future.

Very easy to book online, short wait, and my stylist listened and did a fantastic job.
I believe her name was Mindy, very kind and knowledgeable. I appreciated her level of care and attention to detail. Highly recommend. My hair feels healthier and her recommended conditioner is helping even more.
