I used the App (like always) and made an 11:00am appointment. Checked-in about 5 minutes early - the stylist was running a bit behind so I wound up being pushed-back about 15 minutes - that's beyond an annoyance, it's rude. I'm not trying to be unreasonable but why bother with the App and pre-scheduling an appointment if you're still treated like a walk-in? So, minus a star for that. I've been coming here a Looooooong time and for a GOOD reason :) It's kinda like CHEERS....."where everybody knows your name" - super cool peeps and very nice, courteous, fun and very professional as well!!! I've almost had my hair done by various people here and they are all very good at what they do. I highly recommend this place!
