I had a really good experience today. The friendly staff greeted me as I walked in. Within moments I was checked in and led to my awaiting chair. The stylist, Shawn (hope I spelled that his way) was very professional and considerate. He explained the products he was using and why they are better for my hair. This was a very pleasant experience. I haven't had a professional haircut in many years and I am glad this was my first.
