On 27Jan2021, I dropped off my wife at Supercuts, 9872 Hibert St # D3, San Diego, CA 92131. Owner Renee's wife got hair dye on the outside neck of my wife's sweater. I called Supercuts and she said she thought she had gotten the stain out. I said it was very visible, especially outdoors, the sweater was ruined, and I wanted $25 dollars refunded as compensation. I drove back to the salon to talk with owner Renee, showed him the sweater and again asked for a refund of $25 dollars to compensate for it. He said that "to be fair"... read more
