I had a wonderful experience. My stylist, Beatrix did a fantabulous job. My hair looks marvelous❣ I highly recommend her. I only have 4 ☆s because I was charged for some conditioning treatment I never agreed to. I'll be going back to discuss it with the manager, even though it was only $7.
