Been there many times and saw Dominic, great service. This time arrived on time for a 4:30 appointment, was asked to have a seat. Left at 4:55 after no communication from Maria regarding when we might be seen. As we were leaving she then spoke up said it would be a few more minutes. Bad customer service and no respect for people’s time. Understand there are busy days, but honor appointment time or at least communicate with customer about how much time it will take to be seen.
Very friendly and was great with my stepdaughter.
Very clean & fast
Went to get a quick haircut. Geena took me as a last customer. She took her time cutting my hair even though it was getting past closing time. She made a positive suggestion for a new style, and I love my new hairstyle. Thank you Geena for being so professional and personal. I will always come back to see you in the future.
