Pathetic unprofessional disrespectful service. I called this morning, made an 11:40 appointment. Got there at 11:39, checked in with the receptionist, she said "there is 1 more ahead of you". The only other customer in the waiting room then got up right in front of me and a stylist started cutting his hair. There was 1 other stylist cutting hair, she finished, and completely ignored me for about 10 minutes after she was done and had nothing to do. Seriously?
