horrible customer service to the elderly – My gramma got color by a hairstylist name alfredo he color her hair and it look like nothing had been done.and when my gramma complaint he walked away and ignore her and the hair cut was horrible my gramma got some bumps on her head .this salon does not disinfect there cutting things and when getting the shampoo there was roaches crawling on her hand.
Who Will Fix My Hair – Good customer service does not apply at this salon. They don't know what it is. I've never had such a horrible haircut. Some older woman looked overwhelmed at the front desk with blonde hair made me feel un easy as she got into a heated discussion witha a client over her returning a unused hair product. Why Didn't Google Them? Grade F – Nothing made my experience at this establishment a pleasure. The blonde lady at the front desk needs more medication and the hairstylist that cut my hair (Her name was CeCe) needs to go BACK to school and learn how to layer hair evenly. Don't Even Bother! – I'm new to the area and needed a simple hair. Nothing fancy just a guys haircut. First I was greeting by some really rude older blonde lady at the desk. She acted as if she was over come with a anxiety attack in the process of answering the phone and taking names. She snapped an me for asking how much a cut and shampoo was. Go at your own RISK! – My boyfriend went to this place and I've complained about the service and haircut he received. (Some obese girl with blonde spike hair) I get an attitude from some manager named CeCe and I've never gotten a call from someone named Carol or Tony. (which I assume are the owners) So with that, I will advise anyone that reads this and tell a friend... DO NOT go to Culver City Supercuts. It will change your life.... and not for the better.
Beautiful haircut, treatment, & blowdry for under $60! – Now, listen people, I've been to some upscale salons around town, but with the economy the way it is, I just can't justify spending $200 on my hair anymore. Do not get your haircut here!! – DO NOT GET YOUR HAIRCUT HERE! They didn't listen to what I wanted and when I asked them to do what I wanted, I was told there was nothing more that she could do. She then essentially told me to leave when I tried to get the cut I wanted.
Ok for Guys, Gals should stay away – So today my gf and I went to supercuts in Culver City. This was not my first time there and I've had my share of bad cuts there. I however refuse to pay $50.00 for the privelege of cutting my hair. My gf on the other hand just wanted her split ends cut.
