The quality has really declined in the past 2 months - gotten back to back bad haircuts in this period. Really sad.
Appointment for 9.15 am to go to work. She was late then accepts the 9.30am reservation at 9.40am and leaves me sitting there knowing I had a 9.15am appointment. Unprofessional. This company will not survive for much longer
