Wait time was short and the haircut was good.
I love my Haircut! The woman who cut my hair was really pleasant and listen to what I wanted really well. I will come back again.
I had a great experience simply because I love my haircut and the hairdresser, I believe her name was Kim, was very kind. Would get my hair cut here again.
I had not gone to Supercuts in years, as it always had that "McHaircut" stigma in the 80s. It has since evolved quite nicely into a trusted place with people who actually do know hair and can do it correctly. Previously, I had really long hair (1980s rocker hold out) that I got bored with and wanted to update to a more modern "business" aesthetic, with a touch of my own personality, but cutting it all off, which I did a few years ago, but had some home cuts along the way.
