Last Thursday, i went to you store in Casa Linda (Dallas texas) or a shampoo and haircut about 4:30pm. It was the worst experience i have had at your facility. I believe the stylist had very little training or experience. Two times I told her that I wanted a business man's haircut. Another stylist had to come over, show her what to do (including how much to cut and where). My stylist did not dry my hair or even cut my sideburns.
