I had beautiful long smooth hair when l walked in and came with a chopped too many layered cut and just before the hair stylist chopped my hair l explained to her three times not to cut my hair in too many layers but she didn't listen. Now my hair looks like someone took a razor to it. I miss my smooth shiny hair which l used to get a lot of compliments l literally cried as l demanded restitution. Now I have to wait a whole.year before it's returned back to its Glory😪🙄Â
