RecommendedI always have a hard time finding someone to trim my bangs. A lot of salons overcharge and the ones that don't often aren't quality. Qui Qui not only did an amazing job but was extremely friendly and gave me some great hair care tips. She went above and beyond!
I was declined service because I walked in at 4:30pm when the sign CLEARLY stated it was open till 5pm. There was ONE customer getting a haircut with two other workers just standing around doing nothing. If you want to close at 4:30pm, that's fine, but don't send customers away 30 minutes early because you don't want to stay a few minutes late. I only wanted a trim which would have taken about 10-15 minutes. One could have cut while the other two cleaned and you still would have got off on time.Terrible business in my opinio... read more

I don’t know if anyone reads the reviews before going to Supercuts and I normally don’t post reviews about anything, but If your going to the one on south 14th take my advice ask for Qui Qui she is exceptional great personality and made me look super fly. Trust me!!!

Had I stayed to get my hair cut, it would have been excellent as it always is. However....there was a father and two boys ALL watching videos on their cell phones with volumes turned up After about 2 minutes of ear splitting noise, I had to leave. I did say something to the man, got a dirty look for my trouble. To the staff/management, please ask your patrons to be polite and turn volume off when in such a small, public space. I do not want to listen to Stone Cold Steve Austin videos AND cheering…..

I booked ahead of time, got there, sat for one minute and proceeded to get a great hair cut! In and out in less than a half hour, got a great haircut and the young lady (Savannah) was excellent! Took a chore and turned it into a very pleasant experience!!!
We waited over an hour and people that came after us went before us. I finally asked and they had accidentally marked us out. I got excuses, not apologies. Not even a discount offered. I will rethink going there next time.
