Only reason I went here is for a last resort for Christmas and they've done it again. Fucked my hair up. Now I wish I would've just waited. Piss poor place

Don't bother making an appointment because you will still wait. Doreen who was the only stylist working proceeded to yell at my 5yr.old and then whisper about us under her breath to the customer in her chair. She then told me my appointment doesn't mean I will get in on time and started telling me how someone called in sick and its not her problem. All I wanted to do was get my son a haircut for his 1st day of school. I would not recommend this supercuts to anyone!

I've been going to this Supercuts for some time. However, this last visit left a bitter taste in my mouth. Set an appointment for 12:45 and arrive on time and Doreen was very condescending. She said she was backed up 30 minutes! Did not have the courtesy nor audacity to call me to reschedule or to inform me. Only had a small window to get a haircut, hence making an appointment.
