First of all, DO NOT make an appointment for this location. They do NOT honor them, and twice now they have taken a walk-in ahead of me. In fact this last time, I sat with a walk-in for 10 min,m because I was early for my appointment. The person I was waiting for was cutting another customer's hair, and finished about 5 min after my appointment time.
