First of all, DO NOT make an appointment for this location. They do NOT honor them, and twice now they have taken a walk-in ahead of me. In fact this last time, I sat with a walk-in for 10 min,m because I was early for my appointment. The person I was waiting for was cutting another customer's hair, and finished about 5 min after my appointment time. He (John) then told the walk-in to come and sit down, despite the fact that he knew I had an appointment at that time. When I complained, he told me he had to wait 2 hours for ... read more
