Brought my 2 sons for haircuts last weekend. Basic 2 fade and 1 fade. Worst $28 I’ve ever spent. Both kids look like I put a bowl on top of their head and used wrapping scissors. Very disappointed.

Well, Supercuts has lost a long time customer! They decided to stop their rewards cards for free haircuts. I had 3 different punch cards going. They told me hold on to them and don’t consolidate them to one card, we will honor them when you fill them. Went in today, told the 3 almost full cards are now useless...they won’t honor them. Had I put them together before...could’ve gotten a couple of free cuts. There are a lot of places to quickly get a men’s haircut around here, many better than Supercuts! Worse hair cut ever. I had Long hair almost to my waist and wanted it trimmed with some layers. What I got was a cut to my shoulders with one long layer..it was so uneven..when I left I could finally see in my car and the sides were much longer than the back..I went back to complain to Emily and she asked one of the other hairdressers if she thought it was longer , she told her to U it so it blended better.
