They ruin people’s hair and offer no resolution. Beware, anyone who goes here if you value your hair.
Management is terrible to customers. If you make customers sign a waiver to have their hair done it speaks to the fact that they know they provide poor shoddy services. Beware DO NOT patronize this salon.
They do not have the ability or talent to color hair. They are continually inconsistent with results and even make their customers sign a waiver. only time you need a waiver is when you repeatedly ruin peoples hair. my hair is completely destroyed. From the owner to the management they offer no solutions or resolutions to complaints. Paying a 120.00 to this chop shop is the most humiliating thing I've ever done. I give them less than 1 star. woman BEWARE
My son has been getting his haircut there for months now with no problem. My husband just took him there today and the haircut is bad! My son is so upset! He said he never saw this girl there before that cut his hair. We won’t be going back!!
The hours are incredible. I traveled from Myrtle Beach, SC for a fall color. Kathy was my stylist and my hair came out exactly as desired, higher than my expectations even. Didn't even break the bank! My only complaint is from the Rude encounter I experienced when trying to bool t appointment over the phone. Education and a receptive attitude from a certain employee would create a more positive vibe. Just one bad �.
I got my haircut by either Jessica or Britney. I have a very short fine here and a cut only is advertised as $15. I did not get it washed or anything I literally just got it cut. The total ended up coming to $23. I was very confused by the price and paid it anyways. That was until I talked to a friend that works at Supercuts who told me if I had gotten it washed cut and blowdried it should have only been 19$.
