THE WORST HAIR CUT I EVER GOT! SHE LEFT A BALD SPOT ON TOP OF MY HEAD. I WANTED IT SHORT BUT NOT BALD! NEVER AGAIN. DON'T WASTE 17 BUCKS! THIS WAS AT THE TRANSIT ROAD BARBER SHOP.
Used app check in and was pushed behind walk ins. Not pleased at all.
I walked in and waited 15 minutes before someone greeted me (it wasn't busy, only one other guy waiting). From what I can see, only two women working, one of whom kept disappearing into a back room. Finally I was asked, "Did I take your name?" Then I was told the next appointment would be almost two hours away. Perhaps brushing up on some customer service skills is in order. Thanks for wasting my time!
