My review is for the service and commentary by the stylist, Kimberly. The two stars are only because my hair turned out ok. Just ok. She was quick, told me pricing up front and gave me many tips about styling my hair which was very nice of her. While Kimberly's years proceeded her, the professionalism just wasn't there.
