I’ve been coming to this location for over a year now and always had a great experience—until today. Usually, an Asian woman cuts my hair and she does an amazing job every single time. She listens, pays attention to detail, and I always leave satisfied. This time, however, someone else a Spanish-speaking lady cut my hair and completely ruined it.
