Terrific experience
Cody was honest about a simple problem and fixed it on the spot. I will use Platnum Pool care in the future
Work was done quickly. Friendly and competent employees. They did say switch would be replaced as part of the install on pool light fixture, but this was not done. Why I went 4.5 and not 5star on work quality. They also stated it would be $20 off bill because my light was spa size and not full size. This didn't happen either. Thus the 4.5 on value. On time, very professional. Good communication.
After initial quick response, Adam said he would come no later than the following Monday to give an estimate. When he did not show up or call, I followed up by calling him the next day to ask why, he said he hadn't saved the conversation in his phone. When he came, we agreed on work to be done the following Monday, and the technician came as promised, did the repair quickly, then returned the next day to install a fuse that needed replacing. Very good job, more extensive repairs will be done when weather is cooler.
This company took control of a horribly neglected pool and made it Beautiful again. Thank You Adam for you quick response and knowledge. Great Work...

Platinum pools- Adam came out and they were amazing even though they werent able to fix the pool they got her in touch with someone who could.
