Responsive, knowledgeable, flexible - adjusted schedule, willing to problem-solve and discuss options.
They resurfaced my old pool with mini pebble, new tile and added a dedicated pool vacuum suction line and auto fill line. It looks great. They were able to add the 2 lines without cutting concrete, which really surprised me because the spot to tap into the water supply is up against the wall of the house under a patio cover with concrete slab. Plus they had to go under several feet of cool deck. Cody also fixed a leak in our skimmer for no extra charge. Another company quoted $350 for sealing the skimmer. Platinum Pool Care ... read more
