Cody responded to my service request very quickly. He was able to come out to the house and provide a written estimate within a couple of days. I had my pool drained, acid washed, tile cleaned, caulking done, waterfalls, and rock features resurfaced, the pool light replaced, and a new cartridge filtration system installed. I was working with a different pool repair co for more then two weeks to start and finish the repairs. I called Platinum repairs were completed the same day. Cody showed me what was wrong told me the price and picked up parts needed as well as installed them same day, not two weeks latter.
