If I could give a negative number on this review, I totally would. I checked in online, indicating I wanted to get a Super Cut and Super Color. I spoke with the girl and showed her a picture of what I was looking for - lowlights to add dimension. She proceeds to talk about her felonies, her brothers that are in jail and a lot of other drama in her life. She took the foils out of my hair and half of my head is purple. She spends the next hour putting a bleach concentration on my hair, while scrubbing it. She did this multiple... read more
