I have been coming to this SuperCuts for almost 2 years now and not once have I ever encountered a problem. My hair is always cut/colored as I requested with no issues from the staff. They will engage in a genuine conversation. Today I witnessed multiple customers coming and going and they were all being treated with respect and kindness. If my employee lied I would no longer employ that individual and I also would make a statement about what had been said and try to fix the damage done by that said individual. It's safe to say myself and entire family will never use not only this location but any Super Cuts ever! #shameonsupercuts
This Salon appears to be very unprofessional. I hope the woman who decided it was appropriate to take pictures of another woman's child, post that picture all over social media, and then lie to the newscasters was reprimanded for her mistake and taught better judgement. This Salon had lost my business also.
