I got a haircut on 03/07/2022. And my intentions were to just trim the top because I was growing my hair out for months & it was too long. I asked the lady( Ana) to cut half an inch off the top and she she was rude about. Then she asked me to show her how much I wanted off, so I showed her & she started cutting. I walked in with 7 inches on the top of my head and I walked out with 3. She cut more then half of my hair but I ONLY asked her for half an inch.
