These guys are turning away customers because they don’t know how fevers work. If you ride in a car without AC when it’s 99 degrees outside, even if you have the windows down, their BS external thermometer says you have a fever of over 104 degrees. And they apparently just don’t want to cut hair, so they turn people away instead of using basic critical thinking skills.

My dad always gets his hair cut at the one on Charlestown Rd. in New Albany. He does not pick any particular person to cut it. All the staff are courteous, friendly, and do an excellent job on my dad's hair. He got it cut today. The wait was not too long, as usual. Thanks Leslyie for cutting it today. Thank Ashley. My hair has grown to the point that my pixie/Bob looks great to me. I never what exactly the one haircut I wanted and Lyslie and Ashley worked with me and today after Ashley trimmed my hair It looks great. Now it is called "pixie/bob". Thank you so much.
I always have Ashley do my hair and she is fantastic! It always looks great when she is done and I have recommended several friends and family to her all with the same great outcome! Feeling fresh when I leave!
