I really think it is bad when my nephew is in the chair and this woman keeps stepping away to have conversations with people and did not even give him what he wanted. You should really get a reception person and focus on your work instead of making people wait longer because u do not focus on your work with customers that pay you money!!!

Both of my son's have gotten "ok" haircuts here. All men, regardless of age, seem to leave with the exact same haircut, regardless of whether they ask for it or not. �$16 is too expensive for a haircut that takes a whole 5 minutes to do!!
Very frustrated. Took in a photo of a specific cut. Hairdresser barely glanced at it. I offered to set up my phone so she could reference it. Was told this was unnecessary as she knew what I wanted. I commented that statement worried me as every time I've heard that I ended up with a cut I hated. She claimed it was simply a shorter version of what I had so she didn't need to see the photos.
