If a customer comes in and wants a specific hair style and you know you can't do it, then tell the customer that. Don't mess up a 17 yr old boys beautiful hair and send him home looking like this. thought i was 3rd in line...nobody told me that 4 other people would show up while I was waiting and get ahead of me because they signed in online before they got there. At least give me some notice, never going to supercuts again.
Love Christian! I love having my hair cut by Christian at the Brady Street store. The store is clean and everyone is friendly. However, I was told I could make an appointment online and this site is too difficult to use because I can't find where to make an appointment.
