i asked for a wash and style after and they straightened my hair so bad it look puffy still and frizzy, and it said it was 32 or up for wash and style but then after we were finished with my hair and I went to pay she said it was 61 dollars i was so mad and disappointed and my hair was not even looking good. They need better prices, they literally stole my money.
