My family and I have had Billie Larson as our hairdresser for several years. She does a fantastic job! We have 12 year old grandson. He is Autistic. Billie has been cutting his hair since we was a year old. She has always been very patient and sensitive to his needs & feelings. At first he was scared of the clippers. Billie worked together with him to help him become more confident. He now gets excited to have his haircut & to see his favorite hairdresser! 🥰

I left the salon feeling quite upset after having Billie as my stylist. She was very annoyed when her coworker asked her to cut my hair after it had been washed by someone else. We discussed that I wanted curtain bangs and layers throughout my hair. I also showed a photo for reference and felt she barely took the time to acknowledge what I was trying to ask for and just began instantly. She was annoyed and was definitely trying to rush. Not good experience. The website is not good with online booking. There is no option to add styling with haircut. When I went there and asked for hair straightening, the other stylist who was not actually mine said she (my stylist) can’t do it because you had to call early!! How would I know! Won’t come again.
